Your work is likely to involve the following:
- Working with our team and stakeholders to understand the organisation.
- Enabling our most ambitious strategies, ventures, products-services, and customer experiences.
- Supporting strategic reviews of our team, stakeholders and internal delivery partners, at a system, organisation, service or functional level.
- Design of sustainable, scalable, agile, operating and ecosystem models.
- Unlocking step-change performance improvement through a deep understanding and analysis of key operations challenges.
- Developing ingenious, radically simplifying solutions to address these challenges.
- Working as part of our management team to identify and deliver sustainable cost savings, productivity improvements, and accelerated return on investments.
- Enabling our most ambitious strategies, ventures, products-services, and customer experiences.
- Embedding agile ways of working.
